I believe in DOING food, not talking about it.  I work with you in your own home and kitchen, in the grocery store, in restaurants, or wherever your biggest challenges might be.  We work at your pace, with the ultimate goal being normal eating in whatever environment you may find yourself--a wedding reception, business lunch, romantic picnic, or home alone at dinner time.

• depression/anxiety

What I like about food:  I like how food brings people together.  I like how cooking can be a form of expression.  I love the book Like Water for Chocolate and the movie Eat, Drink, Man, Woman; both celebrate food as a form of art.  I also like baking chocolate chip cookies with my nephews.

What I don't like about food:  I don't like eggplant.  And I don't like washing the dishes!
