Hello, my name is Debra Hilliard-Jones and I am a nutrition therapist, consultant, and public speaker in private practice. I work with patients regarding medical conditions, weight and metabolism concerns, sports nutrition and eating disorders. After working with Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor Tom Landry Sports Science Center for several years; I now enjoy an active private practice sharing my programs with private clients and groups including Women to Women Health Associates, Highpoint Institute Pain Management Program & Baylor Executive Edge. You will feel right at home in my office as much of my practice is devoted to women’s health issues including PCOS, metabolic syndrome, fibromyalgia, depression, headaches, gastrointestinal health, and the stress, food, energy and mood connection. My practice philosophy encompasses a complete approach; how your lifestyle, your relationship with food and your nutrition habits ultimately affect your health. Adapting a non-diet approach, my commitment is to provide you the understanding and "how to" of successfully balancing healing foods and essential nutrition principals for well-being and total health. It is my belief that eating well improves stress and health parameters, optimizes energy, enhances quality of life, and is a vital part of what enables us to carry out our life purpose. I may be reached at (817) 858-9388 for appointments. In good health, Debra Hilliard-Jones, RD, LD
