Diane Bubeck, L.M.F.T., R.D., L.D.N.

Diane Bubeck is a registered and licensed dietitian and licensed marriage and family therapist. She received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in 1999. Her B.S. in Medical Dietetics is from the University of Illinois Medical Center in 1980.

She was a Consulting Dietitian for Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville where she assisted in the development of the Eating Disorders Program. There, she was responsible for the nutritional therapy for the eating disorder unit, and monitoring and assessing the nutritional status of residents.

Diane Bubeck conducts her practice in the comfort of her home office. Here she assesses the nutritional status of patients referred by physicians and therapists, provides individual nutritional counseling and utilizes her expertise and specialization in eating disorders and weight normalization. In addition, Diane Bubeck provides individual, marital and family therapy for clients wishing to address individual, marriage and family issues.

Sarah Ellis, MS, RD 

Sarah Ellis is a registered dietitian currently in private practice in California. She specializes in preventive and behavioral medicine, with a focus on cardiovascular health and stress management. Sarah has lectured both locally and internationally to healthcare professionals, members of the food industry, local government, hospitals and individuals. The consistent message to clients is one of self-empowerment through the reduction of disease risk factors and the development of mindfulness in daily affairs.

Sarah received a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Colby College in Maine, and a M.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Kevin Fitzsimmons, Ph.D.  K

Kevin Fitzsimmons is Professor and Research Scientist in the Department of Soil, Water, and Environmental Science at the University of Arizona in Tucson.  He was also a Fulbright Fellow and Visiting Professor in 2004 at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand.  He is president of the World Aquaculture Society, Past President of the U.S. Aquaculture Society, and has held several offices in the American Tilapia Association.  In addition to tilapia cultivation, Dr. Fitzsimmons has published papers on the cultivation of shrimp and edible seaweed.

Amy Lundberg 

Amy Lundberg is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, an ACE Certified Weight Management Consultant, a Certified Yogafit Instructor, and a Master Fitness By Phone Coach.  She produces her own Fitness Tips TV segment, Fitness Talk Radio Show, and  Motivational Monitor Newsletter.  Amy's mission is to aspire individuals to become empowered and motivated to accomplish a quality of life that support and inspires them through exercise and nutrition. To educate with honesty, understanding and courage so people live their lives with endless energy, truthful awareness and abundant health.

Dana Reed-Kane, Pharm.D., NFPPhC, FCPI, FIACP, FACA

Dana Reed-Kane is a Natural Family Planning Pharmacist Consultant (NFPPhC) and Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner Intern (FCPI).  She attended the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System Medical Consultant/FertilityCare™ Practitioner training program October 5-12, 2002 and April 5-12, 2003 in Omaha,NE. The educational program is jointly sponsored by Creighton University School of Medicine and The Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction and is Accredited by the American Academy of Fertility Care™ Professionals. She is co-owner of Reed's Compounding Pharmacy in Tucson, Arizona.
Melissa Diane Smith 

Melissa Diane Smith is a leading author and nutritionist who specializes in sugar-and grain-related health problems and counsels clients across the country. Her books include the national bestselling Syndrome X: The Complete Nutritional Program to Prevent and Reverse Insulin Resistance, Going Against the Grain, Why Am I Always So Tired?, User’s Guide to Vitamin E, User’s Guide to Chromium and User’s Guide to Preventing and Reversing Diabetes Naturally. Monika M. Woolsey, M.S., R.D.

Monika Woolsey is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist specializing in nutrition, stress, and mental health.  She authored the American Dietetic Association's first book on Eating Disorders, Eating Disorders:  A Clinical Guide to Counseling and Treatment.  She is also co-author of the self-published release, Nutritional Implications of Psychotropic Medications.  Her newsletter, After the Diet, specializes in issues related to the connections between nutritional choices and their impact on physical/mental health.
